Orders & making
How long does it take to receive my ring? Every Palla ring is made to order. Production takes three to four weeks from the date of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation with track and trace as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order? Changes or cancellations can be requested within 1 hours of placing your order. After that, production has begun and changes are no longer possible. Contact us at info@pallastudio.eu as soon as possible.
Do you offer rush orders? Not at this time.
My size is not listed. Can I still order? Yes. Send an email to info@pallastudio.eu with your size and the ring you are interested in. We will do our best to accommodate.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size? We recommend visiting a local jeweller to have your finger measured accurately. If you are between sizes, size up.
What if my ring doesn't fit? If your ring doesn't fit due to an incorrect size, we offer resizing for a fee. Contact us at info@pallastudio.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.
Materials & stones
What materials do you use? Palla rings are made in 925 sterling silver or 14kt solid gold. All stones are natural unless stated otherwise. Moissanite is lab grown and clearly indicated in the product description.
Is your jewellery nickel-free? 925 sterling silver and 14kt gold are both nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin.
What stones do you use? Palla rings are set with natural gemstones including citrine, london blue topaz, green sapphire and red garnet. Stone availability varies per ring and is listed in the product description. Moissanite is available in 14kt gold only.
What if my stone is damaged or comes loose? Stones are set by hand and checked before shipping. If a stone arrives damaged or comes loose within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at info@pallastudio.eu with photos. We will assess the situation and find a solution.
Custom pieces
Can I order something that's not on the website?
Yes. Visit our Custom Pieces page to send us your idea, a reference image, or a stone you already own. Every custom piece is discussed individually before pricing and lead time are confirmed.
Shipping
Where do you ship? We ship to the Netherlands and all EU countries. Free shipping on all orders.
How is my order shipped? All orders are shipped with track and trace. Orders above €400 are shipped with signature required and insured. Gold rings are always shipped with signature required, regardless of order value.
How long does shipping take? The Netherlands: 1-2 business days after dispatch. Europe: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Returns
Can I return my ring? Because every ring is made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If this is the case, contact us within 14 days at info@pallastudio.eu with photos.
